I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Rochelle Motel. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a kitchenette that was well stocked for easy meal preparation. The tranquil setting by the stream was delightful, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee.

The second-floor unit had a small balcony with two chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the sounds of the nearby stream. It felt secluded despite being near the main road, and the kitchenette was well-equipped for meal prep.

Our stay in the wheelchair-accessible unit was hampered by limited space, which cramped our movements. The proximity to the street meant we couldn't keep the curtains open for natural light, and we found the need for grab handles in the shower a bit frustrating. there were issues with finding plugs for the bathtub and hand basin, which made some tasks a hassle.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed cooking on the gas BBQ while relaxing under the trees by the stream. There’s a great little area for unwinding outside and the laundry facilities were a lifesaver after days on the road. The only downside was that it could get a bit warm inside the room, but overall, it was a great spot to kick back! 😊
